How we make meta for our blog or website?

1) Copy the below meta tags in notepad.
<meta content='Description.' name='description'/>
<meta content=' Keywords ' name='keywords'/>
<title>
meta title
</title>
2) Write your blog or website description in meta description tag in the place of "description" and in the place of "keywords" write your keywords in meta keywords and write your blog title in in the place of "title" in meta title.
3) Then paste it into the template html coding.
4) Click on save template.
